We prepared a comprehensive industrial and commercial business park subdivision with a robust design, structured to meet evolving market needs and provide our client with development and staging flexibility. We reviewed the City of Bayswater’s industrial planning standards and tested their practical application against real world operational requirements. We liaised with key local and state government agencies and service providers to resolve complex site access and ensured clarity of vision, direction and strategy regarding subdivision application processes, to enable this to progress ahead of gazettal of the local scheme amendment. We secured local scheme amendments which updated the standards in response to industry needs.
