The social and community sectors are critical in enabling positive outcomes for people within our communities. The complexity and rapid changing nature of conditions places additional pressure on a sector that faces both short and longer term funding uncertainty, increased regulatory compliance, workforce and technological pressures, and ageing infrastructure.
We know that a people first approach is key to designing effective models and systems that enable a sustainable social and community sector for generations to come.
